I often get asked this question. How can I increase my paddle speed when my goal is doing a fitness paddle? I love our 11'2" Sessions for doing my flat water fitness paddling. That thing is a rocket ship, we are very pleased with our design and shape of it.

Second is trying a swept back style fin, like the 9" FCS II Touring Fin. This will give you added traction and tracking in the water so you can really speed things up and concentrate of getting that killer paddle workout in!
